US Secret Service Gateway Electronic Crimes and Financial Crimes Task Force: Recent Trends in Cyber Crime

About the Speakers:

Doug Roberts is the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the United States Secret Service assigned to the St. Louis Field Office.  Doug has been with the Secret Service for 25 years and has served here in St. Louis for the last five years.  In Doug’s current capacity he supervises the criminal investigative mission for the Service in the Eastern District of Missouri.  Doug also manages the Gateway Electronic Crimes and Financial Crimes Task Force/Working Group, comprised of local, state, and federal law enforcement, academia, financial institutions, and private companies.    Doug has a Master’s of Science Degree from the University of Central Missouri and prior to joining the Secret Service Doug was a tactical response officer with the Kansas City, MO Police Department. 

Timothy Reboulet was a police officer with St. Louis County Police Department for two years before being hired 1999 by the US Secret Service as a Special Agent. SA Reboulet has been assigned to the Washington Field Office, Dignitary Protective Division, the Presidential Protective Division for two Presidents and is a trained investigator for the US Secret Service NITRO Program. He is currently assigned to the St Louis Field Office.
